Burak Soylu is among the leading young entrepreneurs in Türkiye. He has brought together his ventures in technology, tourism, energy, construction, and agriculture under the umbrella of HAR Group. As the Founder and Chairman of HAR Group, he also serves as the Founder and CEO of RoofStacks and GoArt, both operating within the group. Additionally, he holds the position of Chairman of the Web3/Blockchain Committee under the DEİK Business Council.

Born in 1988 in Elazığ, Türkiye, Burak Soylu has been involved in the business world since his student years. He completed his undergraduate studies in law. With a strong interest in technology, he combined his innovative ideas with business experience to first plant the seeds of Bilet Dükkanı, and later went on to establish RoofStacks.

Burak Soylu’s entrepreneurial journey began in high school, where he took his first steps into business through his father’s travel agency. This early exposure gave him hands-on experience in the tourism sector. During his junior year of high school, he purchased the domain name biletdukkani.com, marking his first digital investment.

His early vision of Bilet Dükkanı led not only to the development of a travel brand but also to the creation of RoofStacks, a company focused on building next-generation technologies around it. Driven by a desire to bring innovation to tourism technologies, he founded RoofStacks in 2015, blending his field experience with technological insight.

RoofStacks continues to grow by developing innovative solutions across various sectors, including fintech, blockchain, Web3, gaming, streaming, tourism, extended reality and retail. Several brands operate under the RoofStacks umbrella. These include RoofGames and GoArt, as well as RoofMoney, RoofTravel, RoofStream, RoofXR, RoofPlatform, RoofRetail, and RoofBlockchain.

Initially founded within RoofStacks and later spun off as an independent company after receiving investment, RoofGames has made its mark in the gaming industry with both mobile and PC/console games. Another key venture by Burak Soylu is GoArt Worlds, launched in 2017 after being developed under RoofStacks. Following nearly four years of R&D, it was released in 2021 as an augmented reality (AR)-based metaverse platform. Even before the concept of the metaverse gained global traction, Burak Soylu’s forward-looking vision led to the creation of the digital twin of the historic city of Harput in 2020 within the GoArt Worlds platform, an initiative that earned Harput the title of the world’s first metaverse city.

Believing that innovation should not be limited to products and technology alone, Burak Soylu sees sharing a common vision with future generations as the key to sustaining entrepreneurship. With this in mind, he founded HAR Institute, aiming to support both the talent development needs within the group and the broader demand for qualified professionals in the industry.

Burak Soylu considers contributing to society and the world an integral part of his identity as a business leader. He actively participates in civil society initiatives and social responsibility projects, particularly in the areas of education and disaster relief.
